Terms of Service

By booking services through Higher Visual Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability.

Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All completed services are non refundable.

Media Usage
Higher Visual Media retains ownership of all media created unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted usage rights for the intended marketing and promotional purposes related to their booking.

Turnaround Times
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope, revisions, weather conditions, or unforeseen production delays.

Liability
Higher Visual Media is not responsible for delays or issues caused by weather, property access limitations, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service booked.

SMS Communications
By submitting a booking request or creating an account, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Essential Supply & Co Inc. (DBA Higher Visual Media) regarding appointments, confirmations, reminders, and booking updates. Message frequency: 1-2 messages per booking. Msg & data rates may apply.
